Night at the Chicago White Sox Game

Tim is a big baseball fan. He roots for the Dodgers. Well, I now root for the Chicago White Sox.

Tonight, they held their 14th or 15th annual Dog Day. I was one of 500 or 600 dogs selected to attend tonight's game, out of more than 2,500 applications. Kent, the former concierge at our apartment building helped us figure out how to apply. The White Sox sent me 2 human tickets, so I decided to take Tim and my best friend Mike.

I don't understand all the rules, but Tim said the White Sox won, beating the Minnesota Twins 7-4. I didn't see any twins from Minnesota, but I did met a lot of other dogs, nibbled on some hot dogs (no, they weren't related to me), and got a gift bag (Tim took most of the stuff, but I got a cool dog dish with a handle for easy filling).

During the game, Tim made me wait in line for about 45 minutes so we could pose for a caricature drawing. You can see the work of art by Chuck Senties below.
